SYNOPSIS:
Contemporary psychological drama telling the story of mature fatherhood and how childhood determines one’s adult life. Wojciech, 30, is an ambitious and self-dependent man, yet he isolates himself from the world and the people around him. The wall he put up around himself is a result of his upbringing by his sadistic father and the corporal punishment he suffered. His life is confined to cave exploration and writing for the press. In the eyes of his colleagues, who are the same age, he is a strong, uncompromising and cynical individual. Deep inside, he is a sensitive man constantly on the run. Being a loner is easier and safer: no love, no family and therefore no threat that he might fall in his father’s groove and do to his kids what his father did to him. And even when love comes by one day, Wojciech resists. For in every mirror he looks into he sees the face of his father.
